During the December holiday season, my tenant had a problem with the furnace. I called the Gene Burch Company. They sent technician Raul out on a Wednesday and he diagnosed problems with the blower motor and capacitor on my 22-year-old furnace. I decided it was cheaper in the long run to install a new furnace. Raul installed a new Trane furnace on Friday. My tenant and I couldn’t be happier.

Dave evaluated our Carrier furnace. Determined we needed to replace it. The new furnace was installed by 2 different younger installer workers a few weeks later. There were problems with the thermostat and wiring between thermostat and furnace. Furnace was initially only operating as 1 stage but it is a 2 stage furnace. Also the fan alone function was not working. Tae came to make the installation correct. It is now working correctly. New Trane 80,000, 4 ton, 2 stage, variable speed furnace is now working correctly.
