Our One Year Service Contract
You will receive our discount rate on this call, and any additional calls you may have during
the contract year. Toward the end of your contract we will set up
a time for our technician to come by and check the following:
A) All your faucets for leaks and tighten all handles.
B) Inspect all your toilets for leaks and make any adjustments necessary.
C) Check the water pressure (It should be between 50 to 80 psi).
D) Drain sediment from bottom of water heater.
E) Test water heater and main shut-off valves, and inspect gas connectors.
F)You will be shown where the emergency shut-off valves are located for your gas and water.
G) Inspect plumbing system for code violations and safety hazards.
