Timely. Quality work. Needed new water heater suddenly and quickly (normal reaction when 11 y/o appliances craps out). Needed work done to code and, per the previous owner’s remodel, needed some notable safety compliance with H2O supply shut-offs and gas valve shut-off replaced but also moved to be properly accessible.
