Our clothes washer died suddenly. We bought a new washer and dryer from Best Buy, but when the team came to install, they found the water supply frozen (never turned x 20 yrs). Our neighbor recommended Gene Burch—having used them over the years and very satisfied with service. I called them on Tuesday, and Ivan came first thing Wednesday morning. He replaced both (hot and cold) valves and also the gas valve for our dryer. While there, he also replaced a leaky hose bib. Ivan was prompt, efficient, careful, and tidy.
