I have been meaning to contact you for some time now. With the winter holiday season here it seems even more appropriate, especially with the cold winter that we are having this year. My clients you worked with this past summer in Mill Valley have often remarked how cozy and warm they now are in the home that you replaced the heat and air system in.




Just a year ago when they purchased this, their first home, they felt just the opposite. The summer heat was nearly unbearable for them. Prior to your work the winter cold was equally so. It came to the point where they had pretty much decided that a home of there own was not for them or their two young children. They started preparing to move back into a San Francisco apartment. As a last stitch effort they asked me to inquire and interview heating and air conditioning contractors. They were unfamiliar with any type of contractor and since my focus was as the Interior Designer, I was equally unfamiliar.




As the Indian summer approached, I hired your team and the work began. The guys were great. They politefully introduced themselves to the client on the first day. Each day the same fellows appeared and on time putting in full days completing the project in record time. There were no interruptions to the family's routine and everything was done in a high degree of well managed professionalism.




In the end you did a walk through for the client as to how the heat and air works and they were able to understand it easily and fully.




The clients were visiting me last weekend and said how comfortable they finally are in there new home. Without you I honestly think that they would have moved back to the city. But instead, they are enjoying there new home.




I am very appreciative of you and Gene Burch Heating and Air-conditioning. My clients are a kind good family and it is nice to see them finally happy.
