Gary has been with the company for 32 years. He and his brother, Eric, bought the business from their father. Gene Burch in 2002. Over the years he has worn all the hats in the field and in the office. Today, Gary runs the day to day operations of the company from bidding new projects to making sure the customer is satisfied with the completed work.

Gary graduated from San Marin High School in Novato in 1980. He is a volunteer for the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Marin and finds the relationships rewarding. He has watched as his young match has grown from a shy 7 year old to an assured young man of 16 today. Gary is also active with the Novato Rotary. He moved to Petaluma in 1989 where he resides today. He spends his free time golfing, cycling, fly fishing and gardening.

Eric has been with the company for 30 years. He is our Senior plumber technicians and handles many ownership duties with the company. He lives in Novato with his fiance’ Elizabeth. Eric enjoys driving along the coast in his custom Saleen Mustang.
